Offer only valid on new orders of applicable Zojirushi products we receive from July 20, 2023 at 12am PST through August 31, 2023 at 11:59pm.

An electronic gift card will be emailed to you separately. If the card is returned as being undeliverable, we will make one more attempt and if that fails, we will void the card.  But if you have not received your card within 10 days of your purchase of the above product, contact us at shop@zojirushi.com.         

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. If the item you purchased is returned, the gift card will be voided. The card expires on the date on its face or 1 year after it is issued. It will not be honored after expiration.

This promotion is only available to consumer purchases and businesses are ineligible.

Except where prohibited, the promotion is subject to the laws of California without regard to its conflict of laws; and (2) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and only via arbitration with the American Arbitration Association located in Los Angeles, CA.
