GABA Brown
Activates the GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) content in brown rice by keeping the temperature at 104°F for 2 hours before cooking, increasing GABA by 1.5 times. GABA is said to be helpful in lowering blood pressure, improving kidney function and in relieving stress.

Porridge and Congee
The Porridge setting is designed to cook a thicker, Japanese style rice porridge using short or medium grain white rice, while Congee will make a thinner, Chinese style rice porridge using Jasmine white rice.

Steel Cut Oatmeal
For cooking perfect steel cut oatmeal, which has a shorter completion time than the Porridge setting. Utilize the delay timer to have freshly cooked steel cut oatmeal for breakfast.
