We will accept a Zojirushi product return if you comply with all the following:
- The Zojirushi product must have been purchased directly from shop.zojirushi.com. We will not accept returns of Zojirushi products purchased from any other seller, retailer or reseller,
- You must submit your request for a return authorization (“RA”) no later than 30 days after you receive your Zojirushi product,
- The Zojirushi product must be returned to us in brand new, unopened condition with original packaging, instructions, manuals and accessories [for our return policy on only parts & accessories, please see our Parts & Accessories Return Policy here]; and
- The Zojirushi product must be properly packaged to assure no damage occurs during the return.
Please contact Zojirushi Customer Service at 800-733-6270 or through https://www.zojirushi.com/app/customer_service/entry to obtain an RA. Please do not send the product to us without first obtaining an RA.
Please follow the instructions in the RA when returning the Zojirushi product to us. The RA number is valid for 14 calendar days from issuance so please return the Zojirushi product to us within that time. Please keep the RA for future reference.
If you return the Zojirushi product as required, we will issue a refund of the amount you paid based on your original method of payment within a reasonable time after our receipt of the Zojirushi product.
You are responsible for all costs to return the Zojirushi product to us.
- We will not accept the return of any Zojirushi product for which an RA was not issued.
- No collect shipments or unauthorized returns will be accepted.
- We are not responsible for Zojirushi products we did not receive or which were damaged in shipping to us.
- This Policy does not apply to products returned to us under our 1-year limited repair warranty. Return of such products are governed by said Limited Warranty for Electrical Products.
- We may change this policy at any time, without notice to you.
